About Kellylondon Septic: A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Who we are
Kellylondon Septic is a referral service. We help homeowners in Lake Grove and the Lake Grove area reach independent septic and sewer providers. That is the whole job.
Why this site exists
Septic and sewer problems are stressful. Many people do not know what to ask. This site gives you a checklist so you can check, compare, and decide at your own pace.
A slow drain, a soggy patch in the yard, or a bad smell can leave you guessing. We want you to feel ready before you talk to anyone, so the questions below are yours to use.
How requests are routed
Here is the path, step by step:
1. First, you send a request through the form and describe what is happening. 2. Next, your town and problem type are noted. 3. Then your request goes to a provider in our network who may serve your area. 4. Finally, the provider contacts you directly.
Availability varies by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What we expect from providers
We ask providers in our network to:
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Be clear about what is and is not included
- Treat homeowners with respect and without pressure
Providers are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own work, licensing, and insurance. Always ask a provider about these yourself.
What we do not do
- We do not pump tanks, repair pipes, or fix drainfields.
- We do not send workers to your home.
- We do not set provider prices.
- We do not promise a result or a response time.
Providers do the work. The contract for any job is between you and the provider.
How we are paid
Providers in our network may pay for the requests we send them. You do not pay us to make a request. Your quote comes from the provider, so ask for it in writing and compare.
Ask before you hire
Before you agree to anything, try these questions:
- Who will actually do the work?
- What is the total price, and what could change it?
- Can you document the work for my records or an insurance claim?
- How will you find the cause before you start?
- What happens if the job turns out bigger than planned?
A good answer is specific and calm. A red flag is vague pricing, pressure to decide on the spot, or a refusal to put things in writing.
A note on costs and insurance
Septic and sewer jobs vary a lot. A simple pump-out costs far less than a drainfield repair, and prices differ by region and site. Treat any number you read online as a rough range, then get a written quote for your own property. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy before work begins.
