How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. Kellylondon Septic routes the request. The provider handles the conversation, the quote, and the job.
What happens next
1. First, you describe the problem and your location. 2. Next, a provider reviews it and contacts you. 3. Then, you talk through symptoms, access to the tank or line, and timing. 4. Finally, you decide. You can ask for a written quote and take time to compare.
Availability varies by provider. Some providers may be able to respond quickly, but we cannot promise timing. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to ask a provider
Use this list on the first conversation:
- What is the full price, and what could change it?
- Will you put the quote in writing?
- How do you find the cause before starting work?
- Do you handle disposal and cleanup?
- Can you help document the problem for an insurance claim?
- What is your plan if the job turns out larger than expected?
- Who will be at my property, and when?
A good answer is clear and specific. It names steps and explains costs.
Red flags: a price with no details, pressure to pay in full up front, no written quote, or advice that changes every time you ask.
Get your notes ready
A few details help any provider give you a more useful quote. Write down when the trouble started, which drains or toilets are affected, and whether you smell anything odd. Take photos of wet spots or slow drains. If you know when the tank was last pumped, note that too.
You are in control
You do not have to hire the first provider who calls. Compare quotes. Ask follow-up questions. Say no if something feels off. Check your policy too, since some policies may cover sudden damage.
